Illumine Media supports young people to produce films that tell compelling stories of young people and their families living in urban neighborhoods, stories that are set in their social reality, that reflect their questions and aspirations and their determination to develop their capacity and to contribute to the wellbeing and advancement of their communities.

Over the past decade, a dozen short films have been produced and screened to well over 2,000 youth in schools and community settings, giving rise to thoughtful reflection and conversation and helping to encourage and shape community dialogue.
