Research Internship

Wordswell offers an internship program for youth in high school and university that aims to develop their capacity to contribute to the wellbeing and progress of their communities. Participants are supported by a mentor to engage in action-research in the community in areas including math and language education, health and nutrition, urban agriculture, and local economy.

The internship involves a weekly commitment of 5 to 7 hours dedicated to the study of educational materials, planning and carrying out small action-research initiatives, and consultation with a mentor.

Interns receive a small salary to help with financial obligations associated with higher education.
